Metro Managed Services (MMS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) partnership that assists companies in advancing their operational efficiency to achieve their business goals.

Rory McFadden and Tyler Reynolds started Metropolitan Logistics in 2008 and grew it to $1.3 million in 2013. This growth came from providing local office equipment companies with specialized moving and installation services. In 2014, Tyler, Rory and their 6 employees accepted positions with Matt Williams at Meridian Imaging Solutions (Meridian), a DC-based office equipment dealership.

As one of Metro’s original customers, Matt Williams (Meridian’s CEO) wanted to bring Metro’s proven logistics capabilities in-house. From 2014 to 2018, the three worked in tandem to run all aspects of operations for Meridian. Not only supporting internal operations, they also worked to successfully create and deliver solutions to hundreds of SMB's, local government and federal agencies. Meridian was sold to Konica Minolta in 2016, and effective April 1, 2019 the three principals partnered together to revitalize Metro.

This history and experience uniquely position Metro to provide back-end operations and technologies common to all SMB's. The solutions and disciplines refined while running Meridian are now accessible for dealers and clients of any size.
